new addition
well after getting rid of all my birds on the advice of our family doctor as he claimed i was allergic to them ive now got Frankie (Blue Fronted amazon) not long after i was told i needed to get rid of my birds the same doctor retired early ??????
anyway after spending time with friends birds (feathered kind) and being fine i decided to take the plunge as i really missed having a bird in the house. bought Frankie 6 weeks ago a parent reared baby Blue front a bit fiesty when he first arrived but 6 weeks later hes loving tickles and cuddles and running the house his way |

Frankie is gorgeous! What a shame you had to get rid of all your birds.
I grew up with a sulphur-crested cockatoo and she was a real character. Birds do make great pets.

He is a real beauty. I've always wanted an African grey. Shame about your other birds. Just goes to show doctors don't always get it right

I loved the greys, but if im honest they were a lot moodier than this Amazon.
greys tend to sulk a lot if they dont get their own way but this amazon just moves on it might be a 1 of type of thing but its defiantely a lot more responsive (AT THE MOMENT LOL) |

well new phone cable needed as a mate rang yesterday, bird flew over and did everything he could to take my mind off talking on the phone (kissing me, snuggling up, pulling hairs on the back of my neck) but in the end he won!!!!!! he bit through the phone cable ending the call.
