Herman diet
Hi guys I'm looking for new ideas on what to feed my Herman
I seem to be feeding him the same stuff everyday, He's eating a mixture of zoo med tortoise grass rocket lettuce pellets (not too often just as a treat) I've bought a load of dried weeds from shelled warrior and on the odd occasion give him cucumber and tomato |

If there is a yard or meadow near you that is untreated, go on a walk and collect weeds! The above link will help you determine what is safe. Right now plantain and wild violets should be coming up, for example.

Florette crispy lettuce, rocket, lambs lettuce. Weeds will be growing soon and you can grow your own. Pre Alpin from Tortoiselady.co.uk , this is a cob of dried weeds and flowers, you soak it untill it crumbles and then sprinkle on the food.
Pansies are in the shops now and has been said look on the tortoise table for all the garden flowers and plants you can feed.
