Default Lab results.

Hi,
I decided to have a full lab test done out of interest on Herbie and sent it to PALS laboratory. It came up positive for Aspergillus niger yeast infection and recommend seeking veterinary advice/treatment - everything else was negative(worms etc.) Has anybody had any experience of this and the implications/treatment etc. From the info I have found so far it is often present generally in a lot of houses and particularly in soil so wondering if it is from this?
Any advice gratefully received also anybody know of any good tortoise vets in the Gloucester/Hereford area?
Vikki.
