Am I over feeding my torts?

Hi all

I have had a pair 4 month old Hermann tortoises for 2 weeks now and I'm loving it, the only real issue I'm having (apart from the little guys kamikazing off their basking perch ) is they have gained 3 grams each in little over a week, they don't have a set feeding time I just let them graze, they both seem healthy lovely bright shinny shells and have had 2 poos and pass water every time I bath them every day and are very active.

Food wise they have Rocket, watercress, lettuce, and the odd piece of strawberry or tomato, cucumber.

Does this all sound right? I can post pictures if it helps.
