Default Hibernating and Pooing

I've just checked on one of my torts who has been in hibernation now for 2 weeks, only to find she she has done a poo.

I'm a bit concerned about this and don't know what to do. Can anyone give me some advice please? Is it ok for her to keep hibernating?

Doing a poo is fine, as this has been stored in the intestines, not the stomach.
If your tortoise urinates, then you have to get them up, as they will have used up their water store.
