I also have Fibromyalgia and the memory foam matress was the best buy .The aches will never go completely as this is the nature of Fibro but certainly helps

We had one and I hated it the heaviest parts (the bits that stick out) of your body sink into it deeper than the light parts, when you turn over it takes a while for it to change shape so it is uncomfortable until it adjusts and it got far to hot in the summer. I have slept on a topper since getting rid of the mattress and that seemed ok but would never have a full mattress again.
