I emailed her to, cant really afford to have her, but I would if it means she gets a better home, its awful, its just laziness, cant be bothered to do any research before getting them, the internet makes it so easy to find out information now, Im so cross about it, if she was nearer I would already be there, but shes miles from us, I think it was Cheshire, its at least a four hour journey.
This is where the RSPCA should be doing more.

I see why but you need someone to buy the tort if you report they could take advert down. Proving cruelty with the RSPCA is hard.

Yes, thats what I thought, reporting it to pre-loved could end up with the advert being taken off and the tortoise not being re-homed.
