yes but considering I was 3 or 4 stone too heavy to begin with michelle it's not really what I'm after . I was quite happy with the 13lbs loss. I could do to hav the bug once a month just to keep the weight down a bit. I'm going to start leaving some of chips in my fish suppers, if I leave say 4 chips then the next one I leave 5 chips and so on, I shoud eventually end up thin

A brilliant theory, I may try it out with chocolates I need to stopbeing a pig, as I am on the move so much I came home from work and ate a huge dinner and for dessert 16 chocolate eclairs. I have to say I am quite embarressed by that, once I start I can't stop

SIXTEEN those long cake type ones with the chocolate on top and and cream in the middle??? I can manage a pack of 4 but I'd be struggling with 16 unless it was at gunpoint

yeah and no problem Alan. I am a gannet when I get started. I'm lucky I have a fast metabulism tho I do train alot.
