Is Iceland cold? I thought it was a hot country

It is like another planet Jazz; that's what I thought. We travelled up a glacier in a 4 wheel drive (guy driving had to keep adjusting tyre pressure!). We didn't get as far as we wanted as it warmed up and the track up began to melt!!

Not much to see at the moment, but it can get rather interesting! On one webcam at the moment you can view a group of sightseers!

this link does go down sometimes, but when it works the view is much closer than the others

I think a lot of people are worried due to the ash cloud and I have heard a lot of people are thinking of a UK holiday

I still think Iceland would be a great place to visit
