i can be very noisey scratching and banging in my home and when i,m let out,,,,be ready as i,m very fast lol,

Wonder why he's scratching and banging in his viv.

I know, poor wee thing. His shell looks blinkin awful, as does his beak. Did you read his diet also?

Surely these people know somethings not right with how their pet looks.
Also £300 I don't mean it nastily but for the tortoise... that tort should be taken away from them for free and given to someone who knows what they are doing!

Doesn't look like he has had much if any access to uv. I agree he should be rehomed to someone who can give him some tlc. Perhaps sending the seller some pictures of how he should look will make them realise that he isn't a normal shape and could have many recent or future health problems as a result.
