New enclosure, need advise
Ok so I am going to upgrade my torts enclosure to a bigger one. Currently they are in a 2'x4feet enclosure. The one in the link below is about 6.6'x2.6feet. Only thing the height is about 28cm, is that ok?

No substrate, using reptile felt type carpet and my biggest tort is 4 inches SCL.
