The garden is looking as lush as always. Severe garden envy coming from me right now.
Love his close up. He just knows he's photogenic....and clearly a bit nosy too!

I must say your garden is looking like a Monet, beautiful colours, and Papa Un looks very chilled.

Clare, how do you find Agapanthus grow in pots, I want to get some next summer, do you give them any special treatment.

thank-you ever so much everyone , he is a cheeky character but age lets you get away with a lot.

Suze - I only ever grown agapanthus in pots now, after my father passed away I dug up all his agapanthus plants and planted them in huge wooden planters and they flowered once the following year and then never again. So now I keep their roots restricted as is the recommendation and though I planted them up in bigger pots you can see they are still in their smaller pot. I love them, being my fathers favourite along with Fuchsias' (i'm at bit rubbish at those) and they seem to love being in pots ! Not sure the flower should grow as high as they do though ! CB

Yes, garden envy too.

He looks a great character.

Fuchsias do not like to dry out and like lots of feeding.

Thanks Jan, and I didn't know that about fuchsias.(I thought nasturtiums were hard to spell by the way !!). Thought they were a bit fickle compared to begonias which just grow without a care. CB
