rehoming of two hermann tortoises manchester
hello Sarah
re the two hermann toroises for rehoming ( i do already have three horsfield tortoises that are kept in a tortoise table that is planted up with edible weeds such as vetch , dandilions , nipple wort , evening primrose etc , they have various substrates such as hemp , hay, topsoil/sand mix , pebbles , slate , reptile bark , they have a shallow plant bottom with small pebbles and fresh water added daily , they are fed on a weed / plant diet with tortoise flower once a week and nutrobal supplements daily . they have combi light , they have a hollowed log and a couple of clay plant pots to hide/sleep in . there outside run is much the same in the garden with a meshed top so nothing can harm them ). I have a spare tortoise table and lamp holder so i would do the same again for the hermannsshould i manage to rehome them . Their present owner would be more than welcome to visit them any time to see how they are getting on . I'm not sure how to upload pic's of the runs for you to see but if you would like to send me an email i can send you one back with attatchment pic's of the runs email craig.smeaton7@ntlworld.com thankyou Craig ps i am a member of the tortoise tust |

All I can say is that I live in Manchester area and really want a tortoise, 2 would be a bonus. If u let me rehouse your 2 hermanns I would look after them and love them to bits. I would take your advice and buy everything that they need and as u do not live far you could visit them if u liked. I have 2 kids (well aged 17 and 19) that have wanted one for a long time so they would get the love and attention they deserve.

Hi I am former herptologist from Chester Zoo and live in North Wales. I have a 60foot sealed garden and a 80 square foot garden that is also suitable. I used open topped tortoise tables which have interchangeable bottoms so that real weeds grow in them.
I have worked with many many species from horsefields upto to Galapagos. I am a member of the British Chelonia Society and Tortoise trust. I can provide pet insurance for all animals as well. Contact me on hurricane_helms2002@hotmail.com asap |

Thats what happens when you are speed typing. Surely though there are more important things to worry about than spelling. For example findings these a good home. Worst thing though is that I am now a teacher and correctly spelling daily.....doh
Also wont let me PM you either Sarah |
