lovely and where did you get that sunshine? I want some.
Is she growing too slow do you mean or was that just a joke as torts do grow slow. Or could be me that's a bit slow come to think about it.

Tilly isnt her mum I just thought it would be nice to get a picture as these are my two lightest coloured Margies.
Ivory was born at the end of May & has had feeding difficulties, she had a membrane preventing her from opening her mouth We had her fitted with a feeding tube but she managed to pull it out after about 3 weeks, if that I suspect she still has a weak jaw. As she can spend a lot of time chasing after food but doesnt seem to get much of it inside her, when she finally gets a piece in her mouth she uses her arm to hold & rip it which results in the food coming back out again, she doesnt seem to have the strenth in her jaw to grip it. If she would eat pellets it would be a god send, to give her a big hit of concentrated nutrition & secondly they are soft but no, she wont touch them, she is purely a weeds & petals girl! So any food has to be very finely chopped/ pulverised. Dont know what her long term chances are but she seems very bright & active. |
