Posts not appearing
Hi folks
I'm aware that some new members are having problems in that they are trying to post but the message does not appear. Don't know if this is due to the lack of active moderators on the forum or if it's something else. If anyone is in contact with someone that is involved in running the forum could you please let them know? We've got new members who want to get properly involved and the site is working against them. Jonathan

Just checked - nothing in the queue for moderation, guessing one of the team has cleared it up.

Hi
I have now tried to get several message through different posts and only one, my first one has appeared!? I have tried to 'introduce' myself, send photos of my 'little one', enquired about posts not being shown and again no with same thing. I am usually fairly patient but getting posts through that haven't appeared after days of waiting is starting to irritate. The forum is really interesting and I would love to take part 'properly', ask questions..share comments etc, but I'm slowly loosing my will as there doesn't seem to be no interest to get another 'newbie' to the forum |

Your first 5 posts are moderated to guard against spammers. Your first one must have been approved and the rest must have been awaiting moderation

it took me a little while to get up and running here, the main problem was i didn't realise you had to post up a few before getting accepted. Once i was it still took a while for all the other posts to finally pop up, but eventually all was fine.

New members experience delays in having their posts approved because of the large reduction in the number of active moderators.
It's not a huge problem but it would be better for our new members if it didn't happen.
