Author... never looked at it that way... cool.

The festivities after are usually good also. Nothing like getting together with other keepers and gettin' down.

yeah, we have a good time at the meets. the BCG meet has attracted a few of the "eccentrics" and alot of us tend to make a weekend of it. I find that all of the reptile meets are friendly and informal and i am looking forward to the summer schedule. I am off to Doncaster in a few weeks, I have been invited to Hamm and Houten ( europe shows) with friends and also to Daytona in August. one thing i know for sure, my savings account has taken a huge battering already this year and by xmas, i reckon i will be bankrupt! but its all worth it.

how about the decmeber one? make it a late birthday present to yourself and go over then. i know i will be there, getting my xmas and birthday presents. i am 30 this so i reckon that warrants an extra nice present for myself.

yup. in the vengabus. its the week after my birthday so i get a holiday pass and get to go look at purdy reptiles and blow the xmas budget.
