Default Marginated Einstein's Stats

As I can't use the Jackson Ratio, given that Einstein is a marg I'm wondering if someone can give me some feedback on the following stats:

Approx 13 months old, straight carapace length 68mm, weight (don't have digital scales - recommendations welcome - so approx) 75grams.

Is this not terribly small?

He's active with clear eyes, smooth shell etc. He makes a clicking noise occasionally which I wonder may be respiratory but only happens when I move him or something so think it might be a 'stress' noise. I'm planning to bring him for a check-up soon and need a recommendation for a specialist reptile vet near Kingston Upon Thames.
