Hot!
I picked a good selection of weeds today when I came out of work and on my way to my car but then I had to go shopping. It was too hot to leave them in the car as they would have shrivelled so I had to take my carrier bag full of weeds shopping The things we do for our animals

Im really lucky at my sons school they have a massive raised flower bed, I would say its about 8ft wide by about 25ft long. Not many plants grow in their Its mainly been taken over with wild flowers and weeds.
As long as I keep it low and it doesnt get too messy they will leave it be. So I get masses of Smooth sow thistle,Planatain, speedwell,Dandelions and forget me nots Cats Ears and clover. for my torts. And of course because of the children they will not use anything on the raised beds. I need to take my secatares up with me soon though as there is aload of rape seed taht has sprung up from no where......so i need to get shut of that. Dawn |
