Lost tortoise - Norfolk
My 3 year old female hermanns tortoise has been lost or stolen from the Wendling area in Norfolk. She was in her outside enclosure with my 2 other tortoises and the others were still there but she is gone. She is quite lazy so we are unsure if she would of climbed out of the enclosure somehow.. but are going to keep searching the garden in hope!! She is extra special to me as I hatched her from an egg myself!!
If anyone hears of any tortoises for sale in the Norfolk area that match this description please contact me on broberts92@hotmail.co.uk or comment here. Thanks

That's sad news. I assume there was no sign of her digging her way out and she's hiding under a shrub in the garden still?
Really hope you get her home soon.

I wold get on hands & knees & search! Look for likely spots & dig... two of my Hermans similar age have disappeared in last few weeks, in fact I noticed a 3rd missing last couple of nights,,, so time to hunt again!! Its really hard to spot where they have gone down & they completely bury themselves. Good luck

We took everything out of their enclosure and dug every inch out, don't think there is anywhere else in the enclosure she could be. Been searching in the garden, don't think she could have dug out as the bottom is lined with weed fabric. Hope she turns up!!

I hope she turns up very soon for you, it is very stressful, i would think if she was stolen then they would have taken all 3, but hopefully she is somewhere in your garden xxxxx
