Getting the hang of it now like but can never remember what's what so just using auto mode just now

Auto is a good base to start from, you will get a picture every time here; you can move on then to apperture priority and shutter priority when you are happy to progress further. Have fun.

I have a disability which has prevented me from being able to use a camera for getting on for 30 years. It's only since getting these torts and seeing others' pics of theirs that got me trying to use my wife's compact digital camera, I had simply given up with other cameras years ago.

Now that I've discovered I can at long last take photos, I've kinda become addicted to it For years I've been looking at things thinking this or that would make a great photo and now I can actually do it, it's great, like all my christmases at once

Why is this forum working today by the way, it's supposed to be out of action until Monday
