I'm growing some seeds I purchased from shelled warriors but whilst I'm waiting for them to grow what can I feed him. I've looked on websites but you just get conflicting advice so I thought it's best to talk to people who the same tortoise as me |

Safe weeds and flowers are best but romaine, radicchio and lambs lettuce can be used to bulk out weeds through the winter months. Also Pre-Alpin, which can be bought from the SW shop, which is good for fibre. http://www.shelledwarriorsshop.co.uk...unction=search

Supermarket foods are junk foods for torts. Far better to feed dried weeds. And some weeds you can get then, such as Bittercress, and tree mallow. Weeds if grown in a sunny sheltered place can and do survive colder temps:0)
