Ha that's funny ! I saw the film Theory of everything the other night and S Hawking made a quip about the ridiculous colour of tortoises ! ?
thanks Emma, I hadn't realised it would be in a photo so may have taken more care with the design but little ones just stare at it so very strange but maybe not for a Horsfield ! CB

thank you ! they are catching up with the margies the little gannets.
my lot are slowing down too Jan - some of the girlie Horsfields stopped eating a while ago despite it still being quite warm in the greenhouse so very early for them! These two hairies will be overwintered til December then may hibernate for 4 weeks but will seek some advice as not done that before with such smallies, CB
