I can see him once I've clicked on the link but not otherwise.
Is he a Margie?

Yes Jon Cassius is an ancient Margie. Apparently he wondered free in a village in Hampshire for 50 years!
He dislikes, anyone getting too close to him & I wonder if this, is, why? He is a big lad over 4.5 kg's & could demolish a flower! So I wonder if people have chased him away in the past? I got him from a man who visited a friend in the Hampshire village & a chance comment he had not realised "old Henry" was dug in in his garden & had caught the top of his shell with the lawn mower. Anyway the man said my Wife adores tortoise & she would love him, so off Old Henry went back to London, where he has lived for 38 years, until his lady owner sadly passed away. He has hibernated, only woke him Thursday, he's, had a, long hibernation & has eaten within hours, loves grass & weeds. Showed him to Dan last year & he said he could easily be around a hundred years old & his unusual colouring is down to that, very very old age. |

Sorry for the essay, I just think it's amazing he survived & wasn't ran over or attacked.

What an amazing life he’s had! It’s quite amazing how he survived wandering for so long and only incurred a lawnmower injury in that time. How lovely he’s now with you. x

That's fantastic, what an amazing tortoise. I bet he could tell us a thing or two too.
Lynn ive copied the actual photo onto SW below. instead of getting the link . When in photos and you've added an image, click on the image you want to paste and click 'Copy' under the 'BB code' for message boards and forums . on the right. You may have to press 'Allow' if it appears (for the clipboard process). Then choose size ''large' or a size which suits. Come into SW and right click ''Paste'. and the image should appear. Preview Post' will make it picture perfect.
