Just had a look and might get one, can I save it indoors and then plant outside next spring? or is it too cold outside?

Inside over winter is perfect, if kept around 20'c then water very sparingly over winter ( drier is better, but they still require a small amount of moisture).

These can be grown outside in pots spring,summer, as long as the pots have free draiage you really struggle to over water them in the summer

These have been selling fast. ive sold out of the Opuntia ficus indica until more root up.
