They are amazing Mat I sit and watch them for hours they are so different to you med type torts you can talk to them and they will put their heads up or look at you and listen, also every thing they do is so much slower if a tortoise can actually be any slower.

wow they are fantastic Gordon ! I think I saw Master Brown at the show? is one called Exception ? as in are you naming these ones ! pleeeeeze name them !!! Lovely photos. CB

Yes you have seen one of the smaller ones

Mine are Raffles, Tiffin, Mandalay (Mandy for short) and Mowgli and are champing at the bit to get outside. Maybe in a couple of weeks or so as their potting shed is ready for them just needs to warm up slightly overnight. The trouble is they are so heavy once they're out they're out!

Ok think I have the names sorted now I'm calling one mary one clare and the other female emma which I think are fitting names for them as they make me smile every time I look at them.
