My Tortoise keeps rubbing his face in this plant. Can someone tell me what it is please and if safe and why..? was thinking chick weed but unsure

I don't think it is chick weed, particularly if flowers are not white.
It could be something called Green Alkanet with blue flowers. As you can see, not an expert on these!

I have been having a hunt on line, as trying to learn about weeds.
I am pretty sure Germander speedwell.

just rechecked and there are some blue coming through. it is very pretty and just remembered I sprinkled wild flower mix so perhaps its from that.
thank-you Mary will check he doesn't over indulge though he seems just to be rubbing his face in it most of the day. Thought catnip type of thing...CB
