Ed, sorry but exactly what has led you to believe that these arent as good as any of the brands that you use?
Am I right in thinking that its the Mazuri pellet that you use? Is there something in that brand that makes it superior?

Actually... yes... I believe it was the first formulated diet specificly made for tortoises. It is heavily researched on an on going basis. I think it's kind of important to mention that this research has been going on about 30 years now... still no faults found.

Most that I use or follow came after and seem to follow the same basic formula... if they are not the exact same formula.

The newer diets that use shredded weeds don't seem to have the same research in the preperation of the formula and seem to be just following a marketing technique.

What gives me more faith in the diet I use is that they have no desire to market it in the general trade.
