Hi Laura
I had it about 12 years ago, when I had my tubes cut. It all went very well, and was out in a day. Felt a bit of sore afterwards, and the areas bruised up where they put the scope in but was up and about in no time. The few stitches that I had pulled a bit but nothing major and there were only a few. In the 12 years since I had my op done, things have bound to come on alot more, and you will be fine. . Try not to worry you will be up and around before you know it. Best wishes for your op. You will be ok. Deb x

Hi Laura, I had one a couple of years ago when I was rushed in hospital with appendicitus. They did it when they did the op. Mine was just a tiny keyhole thru my belly button, they put the camera in to check it was my appendix. But it was no problem at all, just a couple of stitches that disolved themselves. Certainly nothing to worry about and very little pain!!
