I have had hayfever sine I was small, but last year it went quite bad I was full of it! This year is the same really. But I do use a nasal spray which seems to be helping me.
Hope you find something.

I had never suffered from hayfever until I took a summer job at a stables, since then it kills me from April to October Thankfully it's been raining all day so I get a day's respite

It's bizarre - I was riding horses before I could walk, I was always out in the countryside but the first day in my new job and I couldn't see, speak, breathe.. lol I hope it..goes away, as quick as it appeared. I'm not going to stay indoors every summer for the rest of my life!

I am sneezing as I type, even at this hour! ...
I have taken both tablets and nasal sprays in the past, but I try not to use anything these days. The only thing I use is a spoonful of honey every morning. What gets me is when you rub your eyes (you know you shouldnt ) but it feels great for the 1st few seconds, but after that not so good ...T.T. 8)
