Its better when the light is shone through on the top. The only way to really know if they have chalked up (they do look sort of chalky) is seeing the colour from hatching. As they do have a really pink tinge to the egg, then you can see they change to a chalky colour.

Leave them alone as you won't see anything till at least 10 days keep opening the incubator will other do them any good either.

I would say the humidity is to high , 65 / 70 % would be closer.

The eggs seems not fertile as no chalk up and nothing inside when torch |
