To be honest, most of it has the 'feed in moderation' tag stapled to it. Veg, greens, lettuces, some weeds. As I have said before I can't see long term damage from a short term diet of some of the stuff above. It's a means to an end, that's all - for people who are not hibernating at this stage.

i would go for the pre alpin herb mix which as a lot of weeds in it , the other one is pre alpin fibre which has more grass content

your a killer Steve you really are , we all learn from each other for eg: i learned from you about the alpin cobs ! no one knows everything thats what i like about good forums like this ( even if you all thought i was a butch woman ) we all share what works for us and try to help others that might need help ! , and hopefully make new friends along the way which can only be a good thing.
