any body else get mad?!
when your looking at Tortoise clips on youtube and people comment saying "i like your TURTLE"
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh its a TORTOISE!!!! even worse when the owner has named the clip "here is my Turtle"  rant over xx |

I am often asked (when I correct people) what the difference is and I have established a fool proof guide. If you were to chuck a tortoise in a pond it would drown... (Dont try this at home)

i think its an american thing i'm sure they call tortoises turtles over there, but over here yes it is very annoying!

i alway say.... tortoises - land turtles - sea terrapins - ponds Im probs wrong but thats the answer i give

It irks me more when people say what's the point in keeping a tortoise as a pet, they don't do anything...

Yeah, I hate that! Especially when they say something like "Its a Hermann Turtle!" Urghh!
