Question Leopard Tortoise During Winter Months

Hi,
I have a 2 year old leopard tortoise who I keep in a heated tort table, although I don't think she is getting enough exercise because it's getting colder so I can no longer let her outside to roam around so she spends a lot of her time sleeping, I'm not really sure how to get her enough exercise during the winter months so any suggestions would be highly appreciated!
Thankyou!

Sounds like she might be needing more heat. How warm is her table?

On average around 25 degrees, although the basking area is around 30ish

No, that temp. sounds ok. Does she bathe every day? Is she eating well?

That last post went before I gave it permission! Basking part should be 95--100F and 80F in the cooler part.

I let my leo free roam the kitchen diner.

He has his house/table under the radiator too.

I don't think the humidity is right on the kitchen floor. I know someone else who did that with her Leo and it died recently. Sorry, just saying.

She was eating quite a lot in the summer but she seems to be leaving some now, and I don't bathe her everyday, every few days though. I was wondering if she could be bored or something as I haven't been able to let her outside for over a week as it's been too cold:/

I also meant to add, is it normal for a tortoise to fall asleep with her head like slopped out onto one side really far out? I don't really know how to explain it, but I thought she was dead when I first saw her doing it, but she does it quite a lot now.

I bathe mine twice a day. When they start their day and then when I bring them in at night. They lie in their morning bath for anything from 5 minutes to 20 minutes and usually pee and sometimes poo. The evening bath is shorter, sometimes with a pee and sometimes not. When they are warm and relaxed in their "bed" they often lie asleep with their necks out and their little heads to the side-------happy and comfy I think!!
