Default aloe vera plants

can herman eat aloe vera plants aldi are doing a special thursday and i know i saw it on another thread but carnt remember the torts that ate it

My red wont eat them, i have a flippin houseful!!!
they are fine in small doses

i used to have one ... until my torts attacked it
aloe vera is edible for torts in moderation, but if you put it in their house it might be better to keep it out of their reach, and then feed them a piece occasionally.

Fed as part of a mixed diet its ok, in excess then runny poos happen. Great for breaking and
putting on any small cut you or your tortoise might have.

I had an aloe vera plant in my torts table for decoration,. They tipped the pot over and ate the whole plant before anyone noticed!
LOL and they're only 8 months old
