They are really lovely creatures & such characters! I do feel very privileged to have them in my life. And it's exciting looking to the future with them in mind & what lies ahead - how they'll change physically, how their needs will change -for space & housing & food etc. It's all going to keep challenging me & evolving over the coming years - which keeps me intrigued & interested. And the chance to study them & learn about them ,to understand their requirements & what influences their development . . . And hopefully to breed them one day! Which leads to potentially working with other collections & zoos around the world with suitable bloodlines,mates,setups and crucially the interest & motivation to do similar. I've got to consider their future - beyond their time with me. They should be around long after I've had my innings - potentially another hundred years, so i'm just preparing them for the main chunk of their lives! but hopefully they can play their own tiny little part in the continuation of the species in the future & teach us more about these amazing creatures. I certainly don't pretend to be an expert and I have lots to learn,but I am passionate about them & want to do my bit to help.

You are indeed so privileged to have this amazing opportunity. I imagine they are incredibly interesting and your passion comes through in your posts. There must be so much to consider, so much to learn and so much joy each step of the way. I can't think of many better things to be dedicating time to. I love reading about them and seeing their photos. Thanks for sharing.

Thankyou so much for sharing ,,wow ,,they are amazing ....you have a fab set up ...its so nice to see the larger breeds being cared for correctly , ive seen so many sulcatas not being looked after ...i always challenge the owners and try and give advice ,, recently a owner said but its 6 years old , if i was doing something wrong it would have died by now .....
