Hi, I bought my Exo Terra in April. Last week the temp shot up to 48degrees with my precious first eggs inside. I was at work at the time. The max temp was stuck on 60 no matter what I tried. I have returned it to Inernetreptile who have said they will refund 80 per cent. In the meantime, one egg went very smelly so I had to throw it away. I have 4 eggs left. I will be amazed if they survive and hatch out. I,m very upset about what happened and would not recommend this incubator to anyone, even when working the temp was not constant. I am using a home made incubator at the moment which seems to be keeping a good constant temp. Have you sorted your problem?
