that's a good idea and Gordon could use those child reigns to ensure he doesn't bungee jump again!...in seriousness you could strap a lollipop stick round two of your fingers if painful and it will stop it bending. I do sympathise it cant be nice. Any accident is horrid - I wonder where the word comes from. CB

A very very long time ago, when I was a little girl, I was walking towards the big steps that went down to the lower garden ( at home we had a big garden) with Jemima in my hands. The steps were in two levels, so one flight of steps a level bit and another flight of steps. Anyway, at the top, I tripped and Jemima shot out of my hands and landed on the middle level bit , it was York stone ! I thought she was a gonna, she it the deck pretty hard. But she was fine, I popped her on the lawn and she wandered off

It wasn't the scissor points. I closed the blades the way you do. But my finger was in the way as well as plant stems so my finger go sliced into.

Told you it was stupid!

That's a nice accident story Suze. You still have Jemima? Has she forgiven you yet?

That's not stupid compared to some of the silly things I have done.
