I dont know this plant but I suspect it's not teasel as that has jagged pointy bits on the leaves.

Yes teasel has dots on the sides of the central stem and sharp spikes on the rear of the leaf all up the stem.

Just been out and done my weed walk. Five different types for today. Round edged Plaintain just starting to grow around here. Been late this year I think for weeds.
