Thank you all for all your tips and ideas but I'm back now no pain apart from where I bit my gum
I find nurofen express capsules seem to do the trick if you take enough |

The first one lasted best part of two years I'm afraid Suze and the second about a year and amazingly stopped hurting a couple of days before I was due to have it operated on so I cancelled. The downside to my type of work is I have to keep going the best I can or no pennies coming in to buy torts. |

Cure heat patches fron sainsburys even if don't feel cold as muscles contract and 'freeze'. Voltoral gel at night so they relax and keep it gentle moving! !
ouch on a tooth that's mad isn't it and we cant call you gummy. Hope you better Gordon , sounds like on mend. Jonathan knows what I did ! and used voltrarol gel on my tooth (jaw outside) and it was brilliant! Suze, did you sort out your tandem ride ? and santa 'claws' problem ?

I’m seeing a senior physio next week, they will look into the joint with ultra sound and if the think I need more steroid injections they can do it with the ultra sound so they can see were it’s going, and or physio of some sort. Luckily my sister is a physio, so has already given me some exercises which have been doing daily, so it’s not as bad as it could be, but very painful glad your feeling a bit better today Gordon, tooth pain is miserable .

No tandem ? what on earth are we talking about then. I will tell you dogs claws are the same Suze - don't do too much as they all retract a little.....Disappointing we can't talk santa claws yet...

Love a bit of the old reincarnation. Do you reckon we’ve all evolved from previous incarnations as tortoises? The Christmas jumpers are coming out next month so it must be getting near the time to discuss Santa.
