If you get any that come out of the egg with big yolks put some Vaseline in a bottle top and sit them in there till dried up ,i have four Golden Greeks that wanted out early and are all in tops but will be fine

Well with Crusty, I set him up like you suggest but the yolk didnt absorb it got smelly and had to be removed.

I have had a couple that have had to be in bottle tops in the past, but 1st one seems to be almost out so fingers crossed it all goes well! will see if i can upload a pic x

2nd hatchling hasn't made any more progress since pipping, and 3rd hasnt started yet, but the membrane has pulled down, so hopefully wont be long. 1st is almost there though!

Oh bless how cute they are so perfect it's amazing when you see these perfect miniature tortoises coming out of there shells. Congratulations.
