They contain worming properties but it's mostly in the seeds I think. The plants are ok in moderation if I remember correctly but must not be over fed as they are high in something or other.. pretty much like most plants really

Brassica family, Nasturtium's tastes like a peppery spring cabbage to me.

My little one loves Nasturtium leaves, they're very sweet and even humans can eat them! They're big in salads abroad because they're so sweet
