Flexible door...
Does anyone use a flexible door on their houses (outdoor)... like this:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Trixie-Dog...-/290780497822 Do the tortoises push through it ok? I just think it would be useful to cut out some of the draught from the wind

I know others on here use a clear shower mat to make their own budget version, also a friend of mine made hers by laminating (without the paper) then cut it upthrough a couple of times, it seems to work well. Most of my torts are like bulldozers so it would take much more than that to stop them!!

I used a bit of pond liner and cut strips in it vertically about an inch apart.

I wasn't proposing to spend £25 but it was the best (first) picture I could find to articulate what I meant Yep, I'll probably make one too!. Thanks guys.

I don't bother using one, I haven't ruled out one yet. Because the frame doesn't get as warm Inside as I had expected it to !

I have cut up plastic carpet protector and use that across their little doors, its quite thick plastic so keeps the rain away from the door as well x

Yes the NJ one
they've changed the door design apparently because of the insulation, so they've hinged the door and created a new ramp.... sounds good, but am looking forward to finally getting it!
