I have put it down to a total failure I am afraid and am going to be more prescriptive next year. I think the birds had most of them then that cold snap wiped out the rest of any tiny shoots. then don't even remind me of the wildflower episode.. Wild I was livid !!
I am growing rocket in pots and dandelions replanted and little gem - all of which successful so far.... CB
