I get temps of 32+ in my indoor enclosures, and I would adjust the height of the lamp to go up or down in temps.
Maybe having an extra heat matt on the sides of the enclosure?
Do you have a lamp shade around the lamp?
Extra heat in the room they are kept, so the ambient temp is higher?
