Hello I wish I lived up there do love it We try to head in that direction at least once a year. The weather in Northumberland is not that much better and my tortoises are pretty happy. They do not get out as much as I would like but have nice big indoor houses. Hope you find your perfect tortoise. If you are anything like me you will end up with more than one lol I have 9 at last count :0)
