On your article 10 it will say common name spurthigh tortoise then it will say testudo greaca as that's all Defra recognise. There are lots of different sub species to this group and some are a lot more difficult to keep than others.
A tunisian spurthigh is a testudo greaca on its article 10 but a not as easy to care for as an ibera which is also a testudo greaca on its a 10 hope which does confuse a lot of people as some of them don't hibernate.
