Hi Paul and Kerry, I've taken the liberty of moving your thread as I think it will get a better response here in the tortoise health section.
As Sara has said, they could still be settling in, some torts do this straight away, others can take weeks.
Do you know what sort of diet your torts were on before? You've only had them a week, were they kept in a viv or tort table before, and what are they in now?
