If you read the previous post... they are connected. It seems to have started in the UK as a monkey diet. I'm sure it has been tweeked to accomodate tortoises as the years moved on.
Again... the ingredients are not as important as the nutritional ratio. You can have different ingredients to make up the nutritional ratio.
