Its not really a problem, I had a female ibera break bits of her beak off. I dont know how, but she was still eating so left well alone. Eventually feeding on solid surface such as slate, it wore away normally and is now fine.
Your tortoises beak is a little on the long side, so it might be worth getting a vet to show you how to file it down yourself.
Or if you have an experienced keeper near you, they could show you how.
Their beaks are just like our nails, and can be filed down:0)
