Yeah that's goldfish in there, the turts dont bother them to be honest, unless they get too close to the mouth then they will try thier luck but the fish are faster than the turtles & my pond has...

i had a friend loose a male RES last christmas...
i had a friend loose a male RES last christmas due to impaction, in all the time he had it he never kept it on gravel, it was from the previous owner, i think riverbed sand could cause some blockages...
